Biffi’s Organic Pesto is prepared with selected raw materials and processed without treatments that may affect aroma, taste and colour. Following the traditional method, we use exclusively first-cut organic basil and superior quality organic ingredients such as Italian basil and Grana Padano PDO cheese.
A typical Italian taste for this product that is ideal for dressing Trenette, Trofie, Maltagliati and Egg Tagliatelle; it is excellent also on pizza or to flavour vegetable soups.
